Stark County Terriers 18O topped B2 Bulls Collegiate 18O 6-3 on Saturday at Perry High School.


B2 Bulls Collegiate 18O were the first to get on the board in the first when Calvin Cackowski homered to center field, scoring two runs.


Braden Broom tripled to right field, which helped Stark County Terriers 18O tie the game at two in the top of the third.


Stark County Terriers 18O captured the lead, 4-2, in the top of the fourth after Luke Senften tripled down the right field line, and Gavin Marceric hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run.

Garret Odey earned the win for Stark County Terriers 18O. The hurler allowed five hits and three runs over five innings, striking out eight and walking none. Tommy Vokic took the loss for B2 Bulls Collegiate 18O. The righty went five innings, surrendering six runs on seven hits, striking out two and walking three. Braeden Kinnaird led things off on the mound for B2 Bulls Collegiate 18O. The starting pitcher allowed one hit and zero runs over one inning, striking out none and walking none.


Broom went 1-for-2 at the plate and led the team with two runs batted in. Parker Varney, Caleb Collins, and Senften each collected two hits for Stark County Terriers 18O.


Cackowski drove the middle of the lineup, leading B2 Bulls Collegiate 18O with two runs batted in. The cleanup hitter went 1-for-2 on the day. Cackowski, Charlie West, Shane Rothlisberger, Owen Tornow, and Devon Moris each collected one hit for B2 Bulls Collegiate 18O. B2 Bulls Collegiate 18O turned one double play in the game.

Stark County Terriers 18O fell to B2 Bulls Collegiate 18O 3-2 on Saturday at Perry High School on the final play of the game. B2 Bulls Collegiate 18O were down 2-1 in the bottom of the seventh inning when James LaVigne homered to left field, scoring two runs.


The pitching was strong on both sides. B2 Bulls Collegiate 18O pitchers struck out six, while Stark County Terriers 18O sat down 10.


B2 Bulls Collegiate 18O were the first to get on the board in the fourth when Nicholas Square singled, scoring one run.


A double by Ty Sowers gave Stark County Terriers 18O the lead, 2-1, in the top of the sixth.

Luke Jansen pitched three innings in relief for Stark County Terriers 18O. The right-handed pitcher allowed four hits and one run while, striking out three and walking one. Nolan Kellicker took the loss for Stark County Terriers 18O. The southpaw went one and two-thirds innings, allowing two runs on three hits, striking out two and walking one. Drew Becker began the game for Stark County Terriers 18O. The starter surrendered one hit and zero runs over two innings, striking out five and walking one.

Stark County Terriers 18O were victorious against Wayne Baseball Club 18O 5-1 on Wednesday at College of Wooster


A double by Ty Sowers put Stark County Terriers 18O on the board in the top of the second.

Stark County Terriers 18O added one run in the third. Braden Broom singled down the left field line, making the score 3-0.


Wayne Baseball Club 18O scored one run in the bottom of the fifth on a solo home run to left field by Yuri Bellina.


Nolan Kellicker earned the win for Stark County Terriers 18O. The starting pitcher gave up three hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out four and walking none. Kevin Holland took the loss for Wayne Baseball Club 18O. The starter went seven innings, allowing five runs on seven hits, striking out one and walking five. Ty Dennison collected the save. Hunter Langenfeld appeared in relief for Stark County Terriers 18O.


Sowers led Stark County Terriers 18O with two runs batted in from the number eight spot in the lineup. The right-handed hitter went 1-for-2 on the day. Caleb Collins led Stark County Terriers 18O with two hits in four at bats from the leadoff position. Stark County Terriers 18O turned three double plays in the game.
