Blaze Baseball Black Runs Away With Early Lead In Victory Over College Team.

The Collegiate Terriers fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 9-1 loss to Blaze Baseball Black on Saturday. Blaze Baseball took the lead on a groundout in the first inning.


The Terriers struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Blaze Baseball, giving up nine runs.


In the first inning, Blaze Baseball got their offense started. Aaron Valentine grounded out, scoring one run.


Blaze Baseball scored four runs in the fourth inning. Nick Stringer and Brenden Spaulding all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.


Weihl pitched Blaze Baseball to victory. He lasted four and two-thirds innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out six. Clay Anderson threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.


Carson Davis took the loss for the Terriers. He allowed six hits and seven runs over four innings, striking out five.


Blaze Baseball socked three home runs on the day. Stringer went deep in the fourth inning. Spaulding went for the long ball in the fourth inning. Anthony Jackson had a dinger in the third inning.


Corey White went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead the Terriers in hits.


Blaze Baseball racked up nine hits in the game. Nolan Quinn, Spaulding, Jackson, and Stringer each collected multiple hits.


Blaze Baseball was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Cole Newbauer had the most chances in the field with nine.
