Caleb Collins With 3 Hits As Stark County Terriers College Team Beats The B2 Bulls In Game 2

Caleb Collins collected three hits in four at bats, as Stark County Terriers 18O defeated B2 Bulls 12-2 on Saturday at Northwest High School. Collins doubled in the fifth inning, singled in the fourth inning, and singled in the second inning.

Stark County Terriers 18O jumped out to the lead in the bottom of the second inning after Nolan Kellicker singled, scoring two runs, Mason Stoldt doubled, scoring two runs, and an error scored one run.

Stark County Terriers 18O added one run in the third after Benjamin Hymes singled.

Anthony Warner earned the win for Stark County Terriers 18O. They allowed zero hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out five and walking two. Dylan Skidmore took the loss for B2 Bulls. The starting pitcher went three innings, giving up six runs on six hits, striking out four and walking three. Jacob Lowery appeared in relief for Stark County Terriers 18O.

Stark County Terriers 18O amassed 10 hits in the game. Hymes and Stoldt each collected multiple hits for Stark County Terriers 18O. Kaiden Mastri paced Stark County Terriers 18O with three walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, amassing eight walks for the game. Alex Laird and Hymes each stole multiple bases for Stark County Terriers 18O. Stark County Terriers 18O stole six bases in the game. Stark County Terriers 18O turned one double play in the game. Stark County Terriers 18O were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Seth Yacobucci had the most chances in the field with six.

Jake Miller went 1-for-2 at the plate as they led the team with one run batted in.
