College Terriers Impressive In Win Against T3 Warhawks In DH Opener

Stark County Terriers 18O easily dispatched T3 Warhawks Collegiate 18O on Wednesday at Thurman Munson Memorial Stadium, 11-2.
An error put T3 Warhawks Collegiate 18O on the board in the top of the first.
Stark County Terriers 18O scored one run in the bottom of the first on a solo home run to right field by Luke Senften.
Stark County Terriers 18O flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the third, scoring five runs on three hits to take the lead, 6-2. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Daniel Krabill that drove in two.
Stark County Terriers 18O scored two runs in the bottom of the fifth on a home run to right field by Aaron Tucker.
Kael Poland earned the win for Stark County Terriers 18O. The southpaw allowed one hit and two runs (zero earned) over three innings, striking out five and walking four. Logan Frigyes took the loss for T3 Warhawks Collegiate 18O. The hurler went three innings, allowing six runs on four hits, striking out one and walking three. Logan Schnell and Griff Carmichael each threw shutout innings for Stark County Terriers 18O in relief.
Senften led Stark County Terriers 18O with two hits in three at bats from the leadoff position. Krabill, Tucker, and Senften each drove in two runs for Stark County Terriers 18O. Jackson Cavanaugh paced Stark County Terriers 18O with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, collecting six walks for the game. Senften stole two bases.
Michael Samarin led T3 Warhawks Collegiate 18O with one hit in three at bats.
