The Stark County Terriers were victorious over BHM Buckeyes, 6-1 on Wednesday night!
The Terriers fired up the offense in the first inning. Aidan Grabowski grounded out into a double play but still was able to knock in one run.
Griffen Ailes was credited with the victory for Stark County. He went five and a third innings, allowing one run on two hits and striking out ten. Mike Vondran threw one and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen.
Jimmy Taddeo took the loss for the Buckeyes. The pitcher surrendered five runs on eight hits over six innings, striking out three.
The Terriers scattered nine hits in the game. Nathan Grega, Kaiden Mastri and Mason Stoldt each collected two hits to lead the team.
