Collegiate Terriers Claim Lead In Sixth Inning To Defeat T3 Warhawks in Game 2!

The Stark County Terriers nabbed the lead late in the game in a 6-5 victory over T3 Warhawks on Saturday. The game was tied at five with Stark County Terriers batting in the bottom of the sixth when Breydan Cavey drew a walk, scoring one run.


T3 Warhawks scored four runs in the second inning, but Stark County Terriers still managed to pull out the victory. The big inning for T3 Warhawks came thanks to a walk by Michael Stenger, a single by Aidan Shoop, and by Eric Colaco.


T3 Warhawks got things moving in the second inning, when Shoop singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.


Yassir Kahook pitched Stark County Terriers to victory. The pitcher lasted three innings, allowing three hits and one run while striking out six and walking one. Kyle Aten threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.


Scott Adelman took the loss for T3 Warhawks. Adelman allowed four hits and four runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out three.


Drew Hallgren started the game for Stark County Terriers. Hallgren allowed three hits and four runs over three innings, striking out four.


Davis Burick went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Stark County Terriers in hits.

Shoop led T3 Warhawks with two hits in three at bats.
