Four Pitchers Team Up As The College Terriers Shut Out Premier Ohio

The Stark County Terriers defeated Premier Ohio 9-0 on Wednesday as four pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Colin Skolaris induced a fly out from Jeff Romano to finish off the game.


The Terriers fired up the offense in the second inning. Ty Williams drove in two when Williams singled.They tallied four runs in the third inning. Grant Nehrenz, Mason Stoldt, and Williams all contributed in the big inning with RBIs.


A single by Logan Tierney in the first inning was a positive for Premier Ohio.


Anthony Warner toed the rubber for Stark County. The righthander allowed one hit and zero runs over two innings, striking out one and walking zero.


The Terriers collected 13 hits. Benny Hymes, Aidan Grabowski, Stoldt, and Williams each had multiple hits for Stark County.


Premier Ohio was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Romano made the most plays with eight.
