The Stark County Terriers defeated the T3 Warhawks 4-1 in game 2, thanks to a strong start. The Terriers scored on a walk by Ty Williams in the second inning and a single by Aidan Grabowski in the second inning.
In the bottom of the first inning, Stark County tied things up at one. Braden Broom lined out, scoring one run.
The Terriers pulled away for good with two runs in the second inning. Williams drew a walk, scoring one run and Grabowski singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.
Jacob Rollyson earned the win for the Terriers. The pitcher lasted seven innings, allowing four hits and one run while striking out seven.
Ben Bliss took the loss for the Warhawks. The bulldog allowed eight hits and four runs over six innings, striking out four.
Grabowski led Stark County with three hits in three at bats.
The Warhawks was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Kyle Ransom made the most plays with five.
