Late Score Costs College Terriers Against T3 Warhawks

The Stark County Terriers lost the lead late in a 4-3 defeat to the T3 Warhawks on Sunday in game 1 of a double header. The game was tied at three with the Warhawks batting in the top of the sixth when Jackson Powell's sac fly scored one run.


The Terriers took an early lead in the second inning. They scored one run when Aidan Grabowski singled.


Ethan Hendrickson was credited with the victory for the Warhawks. He surrendered one run on two hits over five and a third innings, striking out four.


Colin Skolaris took the loss for Stark County. The pitcher allowed three hits and two runs over two innings, striking out three and walking zero.


Leo Fornara started the game for the T3 Warhawks. The bulldog allowed two hits and two runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out four.


Anthony Warner started the game for the Terriers. The righty surrendered two runs on four hits over five innings, striking out eight.


Parker Varney, Braden Broom, Kaiden Mastri, and Grabowski each managed one hit to lead Stark County.


The Warhawks racked up seven hits in the game. Kyle Ransom and Harding each managed multiple hits for T3 Warhawks. Ransom led with three hits in three at bats.
