Michael Cook Shuts Out B2 Baseball

Michael Cook had all the right stuff on Sunday for Stark County Terriers Collegiate 18O, allowing zero runs and besting B2 Baseball by a score of 3-0.


The pitching was strong on both sides. Cook struck out seven, while Brendan Collins sat down 11.


One bright spot for B2 Baseball was a single by Joey Trivisonno in the first inning.


Cook was the winning pitcher for Stark County Terriers Collegiate 18O. The pitcher allowed five hits and zero runs over seven innings, striking out seven and walking zero.


Collins took the loss for B2 Baseball. The hurler surrendered three runs on five hits over seven innings, striking out 11.


Stark County Terriers Collegiate 18O smacked one home run on the day. Matthew McGrath had a homer in the seventh inning.


McGrath, Nick Rossetti, Ben Lefebvre, John Philippi, and Tim Orr all had one hit to lead Stark County Terriers Collegiate 18O.


Alec Kolenic led B2 Baseball with two hits in three at bats. B2 Baseball didn't commit a single error in the field. Michael Persichetti had the most chances in the field with three.
