Pitching Impressive As Stark County College Team Beats The B2 Bulls

Both teams were strong on the mound on Saturday, but Stark County Terriers 18O defeated B2 Bulls 2-0. Brennan McCune started the game for Stark County Terriers 18O and recorded 12 outs.


A dropped third strike put Stark County Terriers 18O on the board in the bottom of the fourth.


McCune earned the win for Stark County Terriers 18O. They allowed three hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out six and walking none. Johnny Anservitz took the loss for B2 Bulls. They went six innings, surrendering two runs (one earned) on three hits, striking out nine and walking four. Mason Tackett collected the save. Christian Harris threw two innings of no-run ball for Stark County Terriers 18O in relief. The southpaw gave up one hit, striking out three and walking none.


Luke Senften and Nathan Grega were tough to handle back-to-back in the lineup, as each drove in one run for Stark County Terriers 18O. Alex Laird, John Simecek, and Senften each collected one hit for Stark County Terriers 18O. Stark County Terriers 18O were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Grega made the most plays with 10.


Shane Rothlisberger led B2 Bulls with two hits in two at bats. B2 Bulls turned one double play in the game.
