Runs Hard To Come By In Terriers College Team Win Over Force Ohio College Prep

Both teams were strong on the hill on Friday, but Stark County Terriers 18O defeated Force Ohio College Prep 3-0. Brennan McCune started the game for Stark County Terriers 18O and recorded 18 outs.


Stark County Terriers 18O got on the board in the bottom of the sixth inning after Parker Varney singled, Caleb Collins singled, and Luke Senften doubled, each scoring one run.


McCune earned the win for Stark County Terriers 18O. They allowed one hit and zero runs over six innings, striking out nine and walking none. Nolan Kirsh took the loss for Force Ohio College Prep. The reliever went one inning, allowing three runs on three hits, striking out none and walking one. Cam Allen opened the game for Force Ohio College Prep. They surrendered one hit and zero runs over five innings, striking out six and walking two. Christian Harris collected the save.


Varney, Senften, Collins, and Mason Stoldt each collected one hit for Stark County Terriers 18O. Varney, Senften, and Collins each drove in one run for Stark County Terriers 18O. Collins stole two bases. Stark County Terriers 18O stole five bases in the game. Stark County Terriers 18O didn't commit a single error in the field. Nathan Grega had the most chances in the field with 10.


Carson Herman led Force Ohio College Prep with one hit in two at bats. Force Ohio College Prep turned one double play in the game.


Stark County Terriers 18O will travel to T3 Warhawks Collegiate 18O for their next game on Sunday.
