Stark County Terriers College Team Rolls Past T3 Warhawks Collegiate 18O

Stark County Terriers 18O won big over T3 Warhawks Collegiate 18O 10-0 on Sunday at Northwest High School.


Stark County Terriers 18O jumped out to the lead in the bottom of the first inning after John Simecek singled, scoring two runs, Ty Sowers drew a walk, scoring one run, and Luke Senften singled, scoring two runs.


Benjamin Hymes homered to left field, scoring two runs in the bottom of the second for the Stark County Terriers 18O.


A single by Kaiden Mastri extended the Stark County Terriers 18O lead to 9-0 in the bottom of the third inning.


Hunter Bays earned the win for Stark County Terriers 18O. The southpaw gave up three hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out four and walking two. Ryan Starr took the loss for T3 Warhawks Collegiate 18O. The starting pitcher went one inning, allowing six runs on four hits, striking out one and walking five. Mason Bille pitched one inning of no-run ball for Stark County Terriers 18O in relief. They allowed zero hits, striking out one and walking none.


Simecek, Sowers, Hymes, Senften, and Mastri each drove in two runs for Stark County Terriers 18O. Hymes led Stark County Terriers 18O with two hits in three at bats. Mason Stoldt paced Stark County Terriers 18O with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, amassing seven walks for the game.
