The Stark County Terriers 16U squad put together an impressive weekend, finishing a perfect 5-0 to claim the Daddy’s on the Diamond Tournament Championship. The Terriers battled through a competitive field and capped off their championship run with an exciting title game victory at North Canton High School.
The Terriers opened tournament play with a 3-2 win over Premier before defeating the Young Bucks, 7-3. They continued their unbeaten run with an 8-5 victory over IVL and a strong 3-1 performance against the Midwest Stars to punch their ticket to the championship game.
In the finals, the Terriers faced the Legends and delivered another clutch performance, earning an 8-6 victory to secure the tournament title.
