Terriers Collegiate Defeats Lake Erie Warhawks, 7-2 in game 2!

Stark County Terriers Collegiate 18O took home a 7-2 victory over Lake Erie Warhawks on Saturday.

Lake Erie Warhawks opened up scoring in the first inning. Nick Compton drove in one when Compton singled.


After Lake Erie Warhawks scored one run in the top of the second, Stark County Terriers Collegiate 18O answered with one of their own. Lake Erie Warhawks scored when Hunter Jackson lined out, driving in a run.


Stark County Terriers Collegiate 18O pulled away for good with two runs in the third inning.


Griffin Malick got the win for Stark County Terriers Collegiate 18O. Malick allowed four hits and two runs over five innings, striking out seven. Ben Mohler threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.


Isaiah Seidel took the loss for Lake Erie Warhawks. The pitcher lasted two innings, allowing one hit and two runs while striking out two.


Stark County Terriers Collegiate 18O smacked one home run on the day. Aaron Miller had a long ball in the fifth inning.

Compton went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Lake Erie Warhawks in hits.
