Lady Terriers were back on the diamond this weekend at the FASA state tournament.
During pool play your Terriers went 2-1
Terriers - 2-l / Tallmadge Force 6
Terriers - 15 / Lady Irish -0
Terriers - 12 / Ohio Hit Club -2
Then on to bracket play — The Lady Terriers got a by and were seeded #2 . Came out and beat the Lady Irish 17-2 in the semi finals.
In the FASA State Championship game, your Lady Terriers faced off against their season nemesis, the Tallmadge Force once again. The girls battled extremely hard but came up just short this weekend as they lost to 7-3.
The championship game MVP for the Lady Terriers was Pitcher Ava Newman!
