Friday's game against the 'Nati Knights was a heartbreaker for the Stark County Terriers 15U, as they lost the lead late in a 4-1 defeat. The game was tied at one with the Knights batting in the top of the seventh when #9 singled on a 2-1 count, scoring two runs.
#25 led things off on the mound for the Knights. He allowed five hits and one run over six and a third innings, striking out five.
Kaiden Mastri was on the hill for the Terriers. He lasted six innings, allowing six hits and three runs while striking out two and walking one. Braidyn Hartsoe threw one inning out of the bullpen.
Hartsoe led Stark County with two hits in three at bats.
