Early Lead For Perry Panthers Seals Fate For Terriers 11U

Terriers 11U watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 14-1 loss to Perry Panthers 11U on Thursday. Perry Panthers 11U scored on a single by Colten W, a groundout by Colt U, and a single by Carter C in the first inning.


The Terriers 11U struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Perry Panthers 11U, giving up 14 runs.


Perry Panthers 11U got things started in the first inning. Colten drove in one when Colten singled.


Perry Panthers 11U scored nine runs in the fifth inning. Carter and Palmer B all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.


Parker S toed the rubber for Perry Panthers 11U. Parker surrendered one run on one hit over three innings, striking out six.


Jayden C was on the mound for Terriers 11U. The righthander went two innings, allowing four runs on five hits and striking out two. Grant S and Evan M entered the game from the bullpen, throwing two innings and one inning respectively.


Teddy S and Grant each collected one hit to lead Terriers 11U. Terriers 11U stole six bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Evan led the way with two.


Perry Panthers 11U tallied 14 hits. Carter, Parker, Dillon R, and Palmer all had multiple hits for Perry Panthers 11U. Carter led Perry Panthers 11U with three hits in three at bats. Evan F led Perry Panthers 11U with four stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with 22 stolen bases. Perry Panthers 11U was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Carter made the most plays with six.
