Jackson White Captures Lead Early To Defeat Terriers 11U

Terriers 11U watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 14-7 loss to Jackson White on Monday. Jackson White scored on a fielder's choice by Joe S and a walk by Deacon W in the first inning.


Terriers 11U collected nine hits and Jackson White had two in the high-scoring affair.

In the first inning, Jackson White got their offense started when Jackson H induced Joe to hit into a fielder's choice, but two runs scored.


Terriers 11U scored six runs in the fourth inning. Terriers 11U's big bats in the inning were led by singles by Teddy S and Evan M, a walk by Camden D, and a double by Jayden C.

Jackson White scored seven runs in the third inning. Deacon, Mason B, Nolan C, Dwayne B, and Joe all drove in runs in the frame.


Max H was on the pitcher's mound for Jackson White. The fireballer allowed four hits and zero runs over two innings, striking out three.


Jackson was on the mound for Terriers 11U. Jackson went two innings, allowing seven runs on one hit and striking out two. Thomas W threw two innings in relief.


Terriers 11U tallied nine hits. Evan and Jackson all managed multiple hits for Terriers 11U. Evan led Terriers 11U with three hits in three at bats. Terriers 11U tore up the base paths, as four players stole at least two bases. Decatur M led the way with four.


Jackson White stole 29 bases during the game as eight players stole more than one. Joe led the way with six. Jackson White was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Dwayne made the most plays with seven.
