Terriers 11U Loses Lead Early In Defeat to Jackson White.

Terriers 11U fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 16-7 loss to Jackson White on Wednesday. Jackson White scored on a double by Connor L in the first inning.


Terriers 11U lost despite out-hitting Jackson White nine to seven.


Jackson White fired up the offense in the first inning. Jackson White scored two runs when Connor doubled.


Jackson White scored six runs in the fifth inning. The big inning for Jackson White came thanks to walks by Nolan C, Max H, and Deacon W, a single by Gavin H, and a fielder's choice by Dwayne B.

Max got the start for Jackson White. The hurler went two and two-thirds innings, allowing three runs on five hits and striking out one.


Thomas W was on the mound for Terriers 11U. The pitcher went two innings, allowing five runs on three hits and striking out one. Kalvin F, Jackson H, and Evan M each contributed in relief for Terriers 11U.


Terriers 11U tallied nine hits on the day. Thomas, Gabe A, and Jayden C all managed multiple hits for Terriers 11U. Jayden, Gabe, and Thomas each managed two hits to lead Terriers 11U. Terriers 11U stole 13 bases during the game as three players stole more than one. Decatur M led the way with five.


Jackson White racked up seven hits. Deacon and Connor each racked up multiple hits for Jackson White. Jacob K led Jackson White with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with 14 stolen bases. Jackson White didn't commit a single error in the field. Dwayne had seven chances in the field, the most on the team.
