Two Pitchers Combine In No-Hitter As Terriers 11U Takes Victory Over Green Machine

Terriers 11U's two pitchers didn't allow a single hit, as Terriers 11U defeated Green machine 13-1 on Saturday.


Terriers 11U secured the victory thanks to eight runs in the third inning. The rally was led by singles by Jackson H, Jayden C, and Decatur M, walks by Camden D and Brayden E, by Evan M, and a double by Grant S.


Terriers 11U fired up the offense in the first inning, when Gabe A doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.


Terriers 11U tallied eight runs in the third inning. Terriers 11U's offense in the inning came from singles by Jackson, Jayden, and Decatur, walks by Camden and Brayden, by Evan, and a double by Grant.


Gabe got the start for Terriers 11U. Gabe went three innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits and striking out two.


Niko T was on the pitcher's mound for Green machine. The hurler allowed two hits and seven runs over one inning. Johnny S and Matthew M entered the game from the bullpen, throwing one inning and one inning respectively.


Decatur, Gabe, Evan, Grant, Jackson, Teddy S, and Jayden each managed one hit to lead Terriers 11U. Terriers 11U didn't commit a single error in the field. Jackson had the most chances in the field with five. Terriers 11U stole 30 bases during the game as ten players stole more than one. Camden led the way with five.


Jack S led Green machine with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with eight stolen bases.
